Witech (Ola Wistedt) has announced that a first release of Simple Sampler is now available as a 64-bit VST3 plugin for Windows.
Simple Sampler is a sample based VST instrument. It has room for 12 samples and each sample has it's own output channel. Samples in the same directory can be chosen quickly by pressing the up and down "arrow" buttons.
