The VCF section is a resonant low-pass filter with a steep 24 dB/octave slope, perfect for creating warm, fat bass sounds, smooth filtering sweeps, and squelchy, acidic textures. It features manual controls for cutoff frequency and resonance, along with two CV inputs for external modulation of the filter frequency. The VCA section provides clean, responsive control over the audio signal's amplitude, with both linear and exponential control inputs for dynamic shaping with envelopes or LFOs. The module's internal routing normals the output of the VCF directly into the input of the VCA, simplifying patching for a standard synth voice architecture, while still allowing the two sections to be used independently if desired.
