The samples were recorded diligently, capturing variances of gain-staging and compression. From hours of test recordings, we've selected the kicks that BOOM in just the right way.

Post processing involved several layers of tone shaping.

- NLS Cassette Tape Recorder.

From these we created the dirtiest and nastiest 808 hits that are scientifically possible.
