921A Oscillator Driver

The Behringer 921A Oscillator Driver is a specialized control module and an authentic recreation of its counterpart from the Moog Modular 900 series. This Eurorack module is designed to be the master controller for one or more 921B Oscillator modules. Its primary purpose is to provide stable voltage control for frequency and pulse width, which it then distributes to the connected 921B oscillators. This unique driver/oscillator architecture was a key part of the original Moog system, allowing for the creation of incredibly large, powerful, and perfectly synchronized multi-oscillator sounds without the hassle of individually tuning each oscillator.

The 921A module itself does not produce sound. Instead, it features the master frequency and pulse width controls that are sent to the 921B modules via connections on the rear of the units.
