961 Interface

The Behringer 961 Interface is an essential utility module for Eurorack systems, providing an authentic recreation of the multi-functional Moog Modular 900 series 961 module. This module is designed to solve a common issue when interfacing different types of synthesizer gear: converting trigger signals. Its primary function is to convert the common V-Trig (voltage trigger) signals used by most Eurorack modules into the S-Trig (short-circuit trigger) signals required by classic Moog modules like the 911 envelope generator. Additionally, it serves as an audio interface to drive the 962 Sequential Switch.

The module's top section features two independent V-Trig to S-Trig converters, each with an input and multiple outputs. This allows you to control vintage-style modules from modern sequencers and clock sources. The bottom section of the 961 is dedicated to the 962 Sequential Switch. It takes an audio or CV signal and converts it into the specific format needed to be switched by the 962's control inputs.
