I like it much ! Great sound. A simple saw/vibrato/filtered and it sound very nice. With 3 OSC you can have great basses. Actually I have also Zebra and Arp2600 sounds much closer to an analog synth, monophonic of course.

The matrix is not as easy as cables, sometimes it's a bit tricky to know how it works. It can help to know the real Arp2600 ;)

Yes, Arppe2600VA is one of the best emulations of legendary very first analog synths. I really like it, as well as MinimogueVA, made also by Glenn Stegner and Gunnar Ekornas (and Richard Brooks). Glenn and Gunnar Ekornas have been friends forever and he is of course in Gunnar's little team called the Memorymoon team (few years ago they were known as the Voltkitchen group), they are a vvery small number of old friends who are creators also of an excellent emulation of the Memorymoog (called Memorymoon), a wonderful emulation of the Prophet 5 (called Messiah), and an awesome emulation of the Yamaha CS-80 (called ME80). All these old vintage analog synths have also been emulated by Arturia, a big company... but I really prefer by far all these five huge emulations made by Gunnar Ekornas or by Glenn Stegner and their team at Memorymoon which is not really a company but nothing else than a little band of passionates who are all in their fifties like me and who make together a wonderful work. In fact, these five VST all belong to my favorite synths (with some of TAL and of U-He, AAS, Korg, NuSofting, and the very unique FM8), and I patiently expect a new one from the Memorymoon team in the course of this year or of the next year.

About ARP 2600, if you (or other people) don't know this book below I highly encourage you to read it (160 pages), it is one of the best books on the subtractive synthesis, made 20 years ago by a professor who taught to his students of music technics with the ARP 2600 and lead them to discover all the resources (even hidden resources) of this amazing synth. It is a real free PDF book, not an illegal resource of the web:

Samuel Ecoff is very known in the movie soundtrack composition world. You can also find many little tracks (50 tracks, all are about 2 mn, you have for about 2 hours of dream music) composed by him mainly with vintage synths like the ARP2600 and other or the same years and freely listenable and downloadable here :
