Overview and Architecture

Artifakt Lo-Fi Elements features seven distinct effect engines, each tailored to specific types of sonic degradation. Rather than relying on static impulse responses, the processing utilizes real-time modeling to simulate the mechanical and electrical artifacts of legacy hardware.

The control surface provides direct access to fundamental parameters including mix, drive, filter, and variable modulation destinations. Deeper editing, routing configuration, and preset management are handled via the desktop and mobile software interface.
