Bleep' is a synthesizer, which was inspired by the sound of MOS Technology SID. However, Bleep' is not an emulator of this chipset, but only partially similar to its architecture.

Features:

  • 3 oscillators with four waveforms: sawtooth, triangle, pulse (with PW) and noise.
  • Each oscillator has its own detuner, ADSR envelope, and multimode LP/BP/HP filter.
  • Multimode LFO synced with BPM and Random mode.
  • Modulator Envelope Generator.
  • Pseudo arpeggiator.
  • Overall multimode filter.
  • Adjustable degrader.
  • Built-in preset manager with ability to patch name editing.

In addition, VST automation and full MIDI Learning are supported.

I guess I can't post a review since I'm not a regular in the forums, but I thought I'd at least post a comment warning others about this plugin. When I went to install it it came up asking if it could install a search toolbar (IE bloatware/spyware). I declined but it *STILL* tried to install a firefox plugin (which was fortunate blocked by my settings), AND changed my homepage AND changed some hard-to-find settings which seem to have permanently messed up the new tab landing page (it came up as one of those "affilliate" search engines). I was able to delete the settings making it go to this page, but now Firefox has totally lost the new tab landing page which I really enjoyed, and it appears to be very difficult to get back.

Why the developer would do this to potential customers is beyond me, and I hope I can save someone else the trouble. Remember, all of this after I *DECLINED* the bloatware. Be warned....
