This time we at HeadlessBuddha Samples have sampled these six sexy preset sounds of a simple but awesome synth released in 1984. It's a charmingly cheesy and vibey instrument full of character, life, and warmth Kontakt 5 Instrument recorded through our customized valve pre-amp made in the 70's and a cassette tape recorder. This synth had very limited resources other than its preset sounds, so we decided to improve its capabilities a little more with some cool Kontakt scripting. Some of the possibilities we've added are the capability to mix any and all of the preset sounds with individual Volume, Attack and Release controls. You can also add up to eight voices (kinda like double tracking) and micro-tuning differences to these voices creating a chorus like effect and give it some Stereo Spread to make huge sounds out of the simplicity of this synth's original simple squarewave sounds. We also included Distortion, Phaser, Delay, Low-Pass Filter, and Convolution Reverb with our customized impulse responses.
Casiomojo MT-35 features:
– 264 samples divided into 6 sound groups (Piano, Electric Piano, Organ, Oboe, Clarinet, and Vibraphone). We have 44 notes per group and we've stretched the lower notes to achieve 4 octaves (C-0 to C-4)
– 1 Kontakt instrument – 44.1kHz/24-bit .wav format samples.
– All recorded through valve pre-amps and cassette tape.
– A set of 18 custom impulse responses.
The .wav files go decompressed so you can use it wherever you want.
