Corte Fino EQ Elite

Corte Fino EQ Elite is a transparent subtractive equalizer. It is intended for surgical removal of problematic frequencies. The plugin is great for running on dozens of tracks simultaneously due to its optimized and light processing block.

Compared to the free version the Elite edition offers three more bands of eq and a lowpass filter at 7 kHz for additional high frequency adjustment. Corte Fino EQ Elite functions well both on individual tracks as well as a mastering equalizer.

Compared to typical additive eq, subtractive equalizing is far less likely to add unwanted distortion and noise into your audio. Cutting frequencies reduces overall energy, leaving more headroom inside your mixes. This approach makes your material sound more natural and pleasing to the ears.

Corte Fino EQ Elite features:

• -12 dB at 100 Hz, 200 Hz, 500 Hz, 800 Hz, 1.8 kHz, and -24 dB at 3 kHz, 4 kHz, and 6 kHz.
• A highpass at 60 Hz with the following settings: off / 4th order / 6rd order. Great for taking out rumble and bass control.
• A lowpass at 7 kHz with the following settings: off / 4th order / 6rd order.
• Fixed 2x oversampling for a smooth high frequency response.
• An auto-gain mechanism that maintains a consistent output level.

The plugin has been verified by Pluginval at strictness level 10.

Installation

Unzip and copy CorteFinoEQElite.vst3 into your audio plugin folder.

This is usually C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

Or for LV2 this folder is usually C:\Program Files\Common Files\LV2
