All orders for patchpool products are processed manually, once the order has been processed, download links or zipped e-mail attachments will be sent out to the customer.

Response times are usually very fast during European day time (less than 1 hour).

The installation of all patchpool products is manual, detailed instructions for each installment and the license agreement are included in the PDF that comes with the product.
