Cyclone - Vintage Sampler Emulator

I've seen this happen before on other products, and I just don't understand what's happening..

I check my "Updates" KVR pane - Oh, there's a new version of Cyclone.

I click the link to download it..

Link takes me to the official home page, where the most recent available download is - the old version, from a year ago.

Who marked that there's an update? How does this happen?
