The RME Digiface Dante is a versatile and compact audio interface that seamlessly integrates Dante networks and MADI equipment with a computer-based recording system. The Digiface Dante features two BNC sockets for MADI I/O and two Ethernet ports that can be used for redundant Dante network operation. This combination provides 64 channels of Dante I/O and 64 channels of MADI I/O simultaneously. The MADI ports can also be configured to handle 128 channels of MADI input and output when the Dante section is not in use. All of this audio is managed via a single USB 3.0 connection to your computer. The interface includes RME's renowned TotalMix FX software, which provides a complete DSP-powered digital mixer and routing matrix. This allows you to route any input to any output, create multiple latency-free monitor mixes, and manage your audio streams with ease. A dedicated headphone output is also included for convenient local monitoring of any signal passing through the device.
