EQ7 - A Mid/Side EQ with 7 Bands Per Channel.

- A mixing/mastering mid/side EQ, with 7 bands (bell filters) for each channel (14 total), with adjustable/automatable scale parameters for each channel.

- updated the GUI of v2 to be more efficient.
