The Value Priced Measurement Utility For Official DRi

The entry level batch measurement companion application to the DRMeter real time DR estimator plug-in.

Offering essential options for musically justified, file–based metering, DROffline includes official DRi Dynamic Range, plus SPPM Peak and RMS amplitude measurements. One file can be evaluated, or an entire directory can be batch measured, all in the background.

The DROffline batch measurement processor, is a faithful recreation of the legendary TT DR Offline Meter for modern computers. DROffline addresses an unfulfilled need for all engineers and audiophiles concerned with dynamic range issues. Available for both macOS and Windows, DROffline offers two essential modes for evaluating DR dynamic range. Individual tracks or files can be measured, or entire directories representing an album's worth of tracks.

About DR — DR Dynamic Range is a de facto standard created in 2009 to gauge the amount of dynamic range compression being applied to popular music. DROffline generates an official, integrated DRi value. For audio engineers, DROffline is typically used in conjunction with the companion DRMeter plug–in, a real time gauge of dynamic density for preflight checks during mixing and mastering.

RMS is increasingly being replaced by LUFS - is there a way the DROffline meter could account for this?
