As I am a fan of interesting effects processors and also granular synthesis, I picked this up to see what it can do.

Honestly Im still trying to figure it out. When I've gotten it to work (output processed sounds) it has made some enthralling & hypnotic drone sounds, but often I cannot get it to work, I cant tell if MIDI notes are being received by it or what they are supposed to do(the light goes on? Is it keytracking? Is it mode-switching??), sometimes I cant tell if the convolver (IRs) is working, cant figure out what "flow field equations" really do(often I turn them on and nothing changes?), and many of the presets are just... silent, no matter what I do. Dust is also huge inside my DAWs and it can only reduce by a tiny %, leaving it huge. Perhaps interface collapsing or folding would help this. Sequencer modes are confusing and seem inconsistent preset by preset? What do the trigger modes do?

I think there is an interesting device under here somewhere, and when I find it I will come back and finish this review. I am motivated to learn this instrument and when it works, it intrigues me.

I have used 1000s of plugins and instruments and music softwares in my life, as well as a lot of hardware, and I figure out 99% of them in just a couple hours with/without documentation, so I took 2 stars off this until I can really grasp what this does. Should I use it as an FX?? An instrument? Which is best? Should I feed my own samples into it? My own IRs? Im not entirely sure BUT I like what I hear so far.
