EGO Pad sports a shiny mathematic, clean design based on cells in rows and columns sequencing, a useful command section to edit/copy/paste/randomize sequences in realtime, and a handy "Laser Motion" alternative view too.

EGO audio design features were expanded very much during development years from version 1.x to version 2.0 - 2.4 and the brand new 2.6, allowing modular approach so that user can connect sequences to synthesising & FX in many ways. Wave track can take advantage of different generation processes like wavetables (organized in ROMs and CARDs), mathematically-generated drawable waves and sample-generated wavatables.

The onboard 4-track sequences drum machine allows to build full musical sketches or whole mini-songs, using 25 Mbytes of carefully selected samples in 16-steps sequences user full edit of steps and conditionals steps, or using hundreds of traditional and generated rhythms, from legacy Acrobatics Clave VSTi project.

All the synthesis process is followed by various analisys graphs that helps the user to build his own programs - literally - seeing the sound while it is built, in the same, expanded, philosophy of Acrobatics Alieno plugin.
