Environments is a creative reverb plugin built from remarkable real-world spaces with unique acoustic identities.
The environment becomes a musical instrument, shaping sound through remarkable architectural spaces chosen for their unique acoustics, history, and character. Environments uses a complex convolution engine with multiple impulse responses to create depth and lifelike presence. The Room section lets you move through each space and reshape its tone, while modulation adds motion over time. Gestures adds another convolution layer made from sounds, resonances, DIY feedback gear, spare parts, and found objects by artist Salvatore Carannante. More than a reverb, Environments lets you play architecture, resonance, and physical space as part of the music.
