EVI-NER

I purchased this EVI-NER more than a month ago. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a password, so I can't use it. I've written to him many times, but got no response. I tried to request a refund through PayPal, but he replied to PayPal and sent the receipts showing that I downloaded the program. So, he took the effort to prove that the money should not be refunded, but he won't send me the serial number I paid for. To me, it's clear bad faith, be careful with him, don't give him any money because he is scamming.

I was just gonna buy this...
