How It Works

1. Load Glas on any track with harmonic content (pads, synths, vocals, sustained sounds).

2. Hit the shuffle button to generate a random spectral configuration.

3. Tweak the parameters:
• Intensity — How much effect vs. dry signal
• Metal — Gentle shimmer to full robotic chaos
• Movement — Traveling wave that evolves over time
• Spread — Stereo width and spatial characteristics
• Speed — Modulation rate (slow drift or fast energy)
• Chaos — How wild the frequency shuffle gets.

4. Watch the particle visualization react to your setting.

5. Save unlimited presets and build your personal texture library.

What It Does Best

Great with:

Pads — Turns boring sustained sounds into evolving textures.
Synths — Adds shimmer and movement to static patches.
Vocals — Creates vocoder, robotic, and glitched effects instantly.
Any sound with rich harmonic content.

Not ideal for:

Drums and short transients — Glas needs harmonic content to reshape. Percussive material doesn't give it much to work with.
