Gnosis Psytrance Soundset for Sequential Prophet Rev2

94 hypnotic Psytrance presets, compatible with the Sequential Prophet Rev2 analog DCO hardware synth. This soundbank is 100% Psytrance-oriented, which means no weird brass, pianos, or funk leads. The patches in Gnosis come straight out of songs written using classic Prophet synths (and many more). So this soundset is designed to fully exploit the Prophet's bi-timbral architecture, rich Curtis filter, and 8-slot mod matrix to their fullest potential.

Patches in Gnosis are based on sounds from songs by the likes of Astrix, Infected Mushroom, Ajja, Blisargon Demogorgon, Ovnimoon, Liquid Soul, Phaxe, Morten Granau, Vini Vici, Ace Ventura, Zora, Amiranu, and many many more.

And to cap off the bank some patches were set to Initial, so you have room to write and store your own patches without overwriting any existing sounds.

Only 3rd party FX used in the demos was Virus TI2 reverb and delay applied to some Leads, Pads, Plucks, and Acid sounds. All other FX are 100% from the Rev2. These patches are compatible with both the 8 and 16 Voice versions (sounds were designed on 16 V version).

Sounds in this preset pack are suitable for the Full On Psytrance, Progressive Psytrance, Dark Psytrance, and Forest Psytrance genres, and are organized by category into Leads, Plucks, Pads, Acid sounds, and Basses, for quick reference.
