Grindbox Mk2

There was a problem with the Mac version... I think it should work now...
Audio samples have also been added.

Another update is available, with the following warning message:

Warning: If you have previously tried a non-working version of the Audio Unit, please follow the installation procedure, restart your computer and "Reset and Rescan" the plugins from your DAW.

Aaand... after a long wait, the Grindbox MK2 and macOS issue may have been resolved... Maybe...
