The Guarneri del Gesù, often considered by many virtuosos to be superior even to Stradivari, offers a distinct character known for its powerful projection, rich lower end, and robust tone.

The creation of this virtual instrument involved an extraordinary recording process at the Auditorium Giovanni Arvedi in Cremona, Italy, a hall specifically designed for the acoustics of these precious instruments. E-instruments, in collaboration with Native Instruments, employed a sophisticated 32-microphone setup to capture every nuance and resonance of the "Prince Doria" violin, played by master musicians. The instrument offers two versions: a multi-microphone version for detailed control over mic positions (close, mid, and far) and a lighter stereo-only mix for a more streamlined workflow and reduced CPU/RAM usage.
