HDSPe MADI FX

The RME HDSPe MADI FX is a powerhouse PCI Express audio interface that delivers an astronomical number of audio channels, setting a new standard for high-channel-count MADI integration. It provides a staggering 390 channels of audio I/O, combining three MADI streams with an AES/EBU port and an analog monitoring output. The card is equipped with three MADI I/O ports—two optical and one coaxial—providing a total of 192 inputs and 192 outputs at standard sample rates, plus a stereo AES/EBU I/O and a high-quality analog stereo monitor output. This immense channel count is managed by a new, more powerful FPGA core that runs the hardware-based TotalMix FX mixer. This mixer can handle all 390 channels and includes a full effects engine with EQ, Dynamics, Reverb, and Delay on every channel, all processed on-board with zero latency and no CPU load. The HDSPe MADI FX also features RME's renowned SteadyClock technology for perfect clocking and jitter suppression. A built-in Word Clock I/O and MIDI I/O round out this incredibly comprehensive package.
