MoGi's Evil Twin - Additive FM Synthesis - Instrumentalist
HxSin uses MoGi's node generation sequencer combined with FM synthesis for sound generation, but as always with ET designs there is a twist....
Three modes of synthesis.
Sound is generated by producing 6 sine waves, with each generator having it's own ADSR and Mix output, producing a pure additive sound.
By selecting the Modulation Matrix the additive sound is transformed into FM Synthesis, the generators now become operators and can be used to modulate each other, allowing complex chaining and cross modulation.
The third stage of HxSin's synthesis engine is Subtractive Synthesis.
Any of the 6 generators can be switched from Sine Mode to Wave Mode, the same routing and modulation is still available.
The HexBand Filter is the last stage and is used to shape the sound, the filter has low, high, band and notch settings plus its own ADSR and resonance.
To get you started in creating you own unique instruments HxSin comes with 100 presets ready to go.
