Infernix

Infernix is a real-time remix engine for macOS. It continuously records the last two bars of your track into a tempo-synced circular buffer, then rearranges that audio on the fly: two independent ghost playheads re-slice the buffer with their own speed, direction, slice length and offset, while a phase-preserving FFT morphs the tone toward one of 16 sound profiles — kick and drum characters, genre voicings (Minimal Click, Deep Tech Rolling, Warehouse Industrial, UK Garage), and Telephone / Radio / Underwater textures. Zero-crossing snap keeps every slice click-free, and ghost-playhead high-pass filtering keeps fills sitting cleanly under the mix.

Drop it on a loop, a bus, or a full track to throw syncopated fills, stutters and glitch breaks in real time — no arming, MIDI or automation needed. 11 factory presets.

Formats: AU, VST3, and Standalone — Universal Binary (Apple Silicon + Intel), code-signed and notarized by Apple, so it installs cleanly on macOS.
