Inter:State is a multi-rack audio effect host for macOS and Windows. It brings complex third-party effects chains into one fixed workspace, reducing the need for scattered plugin windows, auxiliary-track workarounds, and disposable control mappings.

Build serial, parallel, multiband, and send-style structures using three independent racks, each with eight serial plugin slots. The central MAIN routing view keeps signal flow visible and editable while the rest of the interface follows the current Main, Rack, or Slot context.

• Auto-Gain and Auto-Match for delay-compensated level comparison using peak, RMS, or LUFS measurement.
• Up to 16× per-slot oversampling.
• Beat-synchronised oscilloscope, frequency analyser, and interactive multiband crossover display.
• Automatic latency compensation across supported routing and dry/wet paths.

Inter:State[Bridge]

Inter:State[Bridge] is included at no additional cost. It provides a central control surface for multiple Inter:State instances across a DAW project.

Use its eight host-automatable lanes to control subscribed Main macros across tracks, or use Direct CC targeting for focused and armed hardware control. Expanded instance tiles provide access to macros, mixer controls, AutoMap, and Scene Crossfade launch buttons without reopening each Inter:State window. MIDI hardware is optional.

Compatibility and Availability

Inter:State is an audio effects host and does not host instruments. It supports VST3 effects on macOS and Windows and Audio Unit effects on macOS.
