Under System Requirements, it says: "Most Mac computers from 2008-2013 are compatible with the exception of the Mac Pro line."
Are they kidding? Is that a typo? Since when does "most Mac computers" exclude "the Mac Pro line"?
OK...I get that it's being sold as a "mobile microphone/interface". But why would they deliberately make iRig Acoustic not compatible with Mac Pro computers? Is the iRig Acoustic actually just a piece of crap that you would never want to use in the studio?
Either that's a typographical error, or someone at IKM has their heads jammed pretty far up between their nether cheeks.
Looks interesting but very flimsy. I would have preferred a small socket on the microphone with a cable that plugs into it, this would help avoid damage to the cable, and allow the user to swap the cable whenever required.
Poor design.
