Semedo Alive is a creative movement and enhancement plug-in designed to bring static sounds to life. It adds motion, width, space, pulse, tone-shaping and subtle character to audio, making tracks feel more dynamic, alive and emotionally engaging.

It is built for producers, mixing engineers and sound designers who want to quickly add energy, depth and movement without overcomplicating the workflow.

The plug-in is especially useful when a sound feels too flat, dry, narrow or static. With one main ALive macro and a set of focused controls, you can quickly push a sound from clean and subtle to wide, animated and expressive.

Main Features.

ALive Macro.

The central ALive control brings the whole effect forward. At lower settings, it adds gentle movement and depth. At higher settings, it creates a more noticeable animated character with extra energy, space and motion.

Preset Modes.

Semedo Alive includes musical starting points such as:

Morning — soft, clean and natural enhancement.

Float — smooth movement and gentle width.

Room — more space and depth.

Stage — wider and more performance-like.

Crowd — bigger energy and presence.

Peak — stronger movement and intensity.

Alive — the most animated and expressive setting.

These presets are designed as quick creative foundations. You can select a preset and then adjust the controls to shape your own sound.

Lock / Custom Workflow.

A preset can be used as a locked starting point. After choosing a preset, you can keep it active while changing individual controls. When you edit the sound, the plug-in shows a CUSTOM state, making it clear that you are now working from your own adjusted version of the preset.

This is useful for DAW automation, mix revisions and saving project-specific variations.

Echo.

Adds rhythmic delay-style movement and extra depth. It can be used subtly for space or pushed harder for more obvious motion and energy.

Pulse.

Adds rhythmic movement and gated energy. Useful for creating motion in pads, synths, loops and transition sounds.

Spread.

Controls stereo width and spatial movement. It helps sounds feel wider and more open without needing a complex routing setup.

Space.

Adds a spacious reverb-like atmosphere and depth. It can place dry sounds into a wider environment or make existing sounds feel more cinematic.

Blend.

Controls how much of the effect is mixed with the original sound, making it easy to keep the result subtle or push it into a more creative direction.

Body.

Controls the low-cut/body shaping of the sound. This helps clean up low-end build-up or make the effect sit better in a mix.

Air.

Adds brightness and openness to the upper tone of the sound, helping vocals, synths and melodic elements feel more present.

Grit / Drive.

Adds character, edge and harmonic energy. It can make sounds feel more forward, textured or aggressive depending on the setting.

Output.

Controls the final level after processing, so you can balance the processed sound properly in your mix.
