Leviasynth

The Leviasynth is a flagship 16-voice hybrid synthesizer from Ashun Sound Machines (ASM), designed to bridge the gap between complex digital algorithmic synthesis and analog character. Building on the legacy of the Hydrasynth, this instrument features an all-new engine where 8 digital oscillators per voice can be organized into custom "algorithms" (operator configurations), allowing for advanced Phase Modulation, FM, and PWM textures. Uniquely, users can design their own algorithms and utilize "Algorithm Morphing" to transition smoothly between different structural configurations in real-time.

Beyond its digital core, the Leviasynth integrates a substantial analog signal path. The output flows through a digital filter stage (18 models) and a custom analog pre-drive circuit before hitting a pure analog 4-pole resonant low-pass filter. Control is provided via ASM's Polytouch keybed (or pads on the desktop unit) with polyphonic aftertouch and MPE support, alongside a 4-octave ribbon controller. The modulation architecture is massive, offering 13 DAHDSR envelopes and 5 LFOs per voice, routed through a 32-point modulation matrix.
