MIDI Expression Quattro

Hi.

I have a Roland RD88 keyboard which I use with Mainstage. I am having a lot of trouble assigning the three pedals I need - damper(sustain), patch change switch and expression- would this interface enable me to solve this problem? Also do you ship to the uk and what is your returns policy?
