You can directly download the plugin zip file from the product page, which includes VST3 versions for win64 and macOS, as well as an AU version.
The compressed package comes with installation instructions for the plugin.

How to Import MIDI Phrase Packs: (Note: The import phrase pack feature requires the Midiphrase plugin version v2.0.17 or above):

Open the Midiphrase plugin and drag the woodwind.pfs file from the zip archive into the piano window of the plugin.
Enter your serial number.
Enjoy.
