MixBrain is a multi-track auto-mix preparation system for macOS VST3/AU.

Instead of treating each channel as an isolated problem, MixBrain is designed to look at how tracks interact with each other. It helps identify masking, tonal crowding, and mix-balance issues that appear when multiple tracks compete in the same session.

MixBrain v2.0.0 includes two plug-ins:

- MixBrainMaster
- MixBrainNode.

Insert MixBrainNode on individual tracks and MixBrainMaster on the mix bus. The Master receives information from the Nodes and compares it against the overall mix, helping you build a cleaner starting point before detailed manual mixing.

The Adviser is integrated directly into MixBrainNode as a dedicated tab, so there is no separate Adviser plug-in to load.

MixBrain is not designed to replace a mixing engineer or produce a finished master in one click. It is designed to help producers, composers, and home studio users make better early-stage mix decisions by showing where to focus first.

- Pro: large-session workflow with up to 128 Node slots.
