Korg's MS-20 Mini is a compact re-release of their legendary MS-20, first released in 1978. The MS-20 Mini's circuitry is a faithful reproduction of the original, the only major change is that the mini's size is a mere 86% of that of its predecessor. Additionally, the unit features a MIDI IN and USB connectivity for external synchronization.
For integration into a modular set-up, check out The Harvestman English Tear. The English Tear achieves effortless conversion of V/Oct signals into Hz/V signals recognized by the MS-20 and vice versa. Additionally, the module also converts V- and S-Triggers and affords the ability to scale all input voltages in accordance with the synthesist's personal taste. (NOTE: The Harvestman English Tear is sold separately.).
