Nokia Audio Suite

This plugin is extremely unstable, at least in FL12. It crashes, and stops functioning during a render. It has 300ms of plugin latency, and the audio often crackles, sometimes uncontrollably. It spams popup windows asking to save a file at inappropriate times, freezing my DAW until I close it. It's a real winner, this one.

If you absolutely must have these crappy ringtone sounds, look for soundfonts - they're pretty good.
