OBSO

OBSO is filled with character. This is an incredible curated set of sounds created using obsolete gear. Perfect for starting songs or giving your music, a unique flavor, OBSO is a breath of old-fashioned air. Reminds me of sound you'd find an old samplers and rompers but with a modern take. The user interface is clean and simple, giving you adjust the controls you need so you can focus on music. A no-brainer at this price.

I did receive a pre-release copy for the purpose of writing one of the demo songs but at $69 it's an instant buy.

I got an early beta of this instrument and it's pretty sick. Reminds me of sounds I heard in my childhood. I use it a ton for pads, it fills the space in a really nice way - it doesn't feel synthetic like so many other Kontakt instruments.

I also really like the simplicity of the knobs, though they take some getting used to.
