PatchRig FX 2.0 is a standalone effects-rig, tone-design, audition, live-rig, and audio-export workspace for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Build an adjustable signal chain from a written tone idea, a song-trait profile, imported reference audio, or direct manual editing. PatchRig turns the result into an editable board instead of presenting a fixed preset:

• 500 bundled boards, 500 pedals, and 60 Super Pedals.
• 31,777 song-tone trait profiles for inspiration and analysis.
• Built-in audition material so rigs can be heard before external hardware is connected.
• Pedals, amps, preamps, voices, MIDI tools, spectral analysis, and bounded DSP controls.
• Linear and graph views, A/B comparison, saving, audio export, sync, and sharing.
• The Mac app can host registered Audio Unit effects inside its standalone workflow.

PatchRig FX does not claim to clone an exact artist, song, amplifier, cabinet, impulse response, preset, sample, or recording. It translates useful tone traits into a new editable rig.
