Pico DSP

The Erica Synths Pico DSP is a compact and powerful stereo effects module that packs a huge amount of sonic potential into a tiny 3HP footprint. As the smaller sibling to the renowned Black Hole DSP, this module is designed to provide high-quality, essential effects without consuming valuable space in your Eurorack case. It features eight custom-developed effect algorithms, carefully selected to cover a wide range of processing needs, from classic delays and reverbs to more experimental textures.

Despite its small size, the Pico DSP offers a surprising amount of control. Each of the eight effects has two adjustable parameters, controlled by the dual-concentric potentiometer, allowing for nuanced sound shaping. The first parameter is also voltage-controllable, opening up possibilities for dynamic and evolving effects that can be modulated by other signals in your system. A dedicated Dry/Wet control lets you blend the processed signal with the original, and a clipping LED helps you manage your signal levels. The stereo output adds depth and dimension to your sounds, making it a perfect end-of-chain processor.

The Pico DSP is an incredibly versatile tool for any modular synthesist. The eight algorithms include a mono delay, pitch shift delay, stereo delay, granular delay, reverb, saturated reverb, Leslie speaker emulation, and a powerful overdrive/bitcrusher.
