Room Reverb

Reverb is based on circular comb filter architecture with all pass filter in feedback path.

Seed 1 and Seed 2 are seeds for random generators and are used to generate delay lengths for these comb and all pass filters
Time min defines minimum size for delay line length for those filters
Complexity defines how many of comb filters are used (so it has direct impact on CPU performance).
