Sample import occurs on the A4 key which is A440. You can use Audacity to speed up or slow down your sample so you will only import tuned samples.. A free plugin Audacity for it "Pitch Detect" exists to assist in that process.

I've got a Facebook page devoted to SX200 now. The biggest contribution is a reskin - on a different level now - de clutterred. I used 4 fonts and one is specifically made recently for GUI / readability.. Also fairly comprehensive documentation.
