ScoreStage is Samplicity's algorithmic positioning reverb for composers, producers and mixers who want to place instruments inside a believable acoustic space.

Instead of treating reverb only as a send effect, ScoreStage lets you shape a cinematic room around your instruments. Sources can be placed on a virtual scoring stage, while multiple microphone perspectives are blended to create depth, width and distance within one coherent acoustic environment.

At the core of ScoreStage are four parallel algorithmic reverb engines combined with time-coherent 3D early-reflection modelling. The early reflections respond to source and microphone positions, helping instruments sit naturally in the room, while the reverb tails remain musical, smooth and easy to adjust.

ScoreStage is designed for studio rooms, scoring stages and large halls, with a workflow that stays simple across different room sizes. The Size and Decay controls define the acoustic scale and reverb time, while surface absorption, air absorption and micro-modulation provide further control over tone, distance and movement.

Key features include drag-and-drop source positioning, four stereo microphone perspectives, room-size scaling, frequency-dependent surface damping, distance-dependent air absorption, a fully resizable interface, context-sensitive help and integrated documentation.
