Seminal collects 117 original presets for Arturia Oberheim SEM V. The pack has a diverse range of sounds but the organic pads, generative sequences and bright synth keys are where this pack shines.

What makes the original Oberheim SEM (Synthesizer Expander Module) so special is the multimode filter that lets you smoothly blend between low-pass, notch and high-pass filters, with the additional option of a band-pass filter. This unique filter design has made it's way into modern synths such as the Sequential OB-6 and allows for creative sound design possibilities just not possible on synths with only a low-pass filter. Seminal contain some classic Oberheim sounds, specifically ones that take advantage of the Oberheim's unique filter, but also contains long, generative sequencer presets that use some of the plugin emulations advanced features.
