Soundop is a professional audio workstation for Windows to record, edit, master audio, and mix tracks in intuitive, flexible workspaces with advanced features. The audio file editor supports both waveform and spectral editing. The multitrack editor enables mixing an unlimited number of audio and bus tracks, powered by a robust engine that supports sends, side-chain processing, and automatic latency compensation. Both tracks and clips have FX racks and fully support automation of effect parameters. Soundop includes a suite of well-designed built-in effects, supports VST and VST3 plug-ins, and enables parallel or mid-side effect groups for creating complex, composite effects. It also supports ARA plug-ins for sophisticated audio processing. The audio engine supports ASIO, WASAPI, MME, and DirectSound drivers, allowing recording with 24-bit precision at up to 192 kHz. Soundop can import audio from all popular audio and video formats and export audio to major audio formats with metadata such as ID3 tags, RIFF chunks, Vorbis comments, and ACID loops. The CD track editor supports burning audio to CD with customizable gaps and post-burn verification. The processors support most audio editing operations, including copying, pasting, applying effects, and other processing tools like normalizing on selected channels and time ranges. The batch processor can process audio files with processors and save them in target formats, and you can run multiple instances of batch processors concurrently.
Soundop offers a comprehensive feature set in a compact package with an optimized design. It will be your ideal tool for audio creation and production.

Excellent alternative to Audition :).
Although not a finished product in my mind, Soundop is getting there.
With each update it is more polished and reasonably easy to use.
Keep up the great work.

An audio editor that far surpasses other editors in the same category and even powerful Daws. With features such as VST and VST3 hosts, a standard editing section, this software offers a multitrack editing section, and complete mastering via a virtual mixer with everything you could want, bus, send and return, grouping and all the features a professional studio can offer.
I'm talking about Soundop Audio Editor, which brings together a series of options that will make your workflow fast, precise and perfect for real-time production.
With support for various formats, Soundop is a real Swiss Army knife that will unravel all kinds of heavy-duty work in just a few minutes.
Soundop audio editor has a rare feature in other audio editors, a multitrack section, that's right, an option exclusive to DAWs that has been built into this editor, offering the best of both worlds, with enormous ease of production. It's not common to find multitrack sections in audio editors. The most you'll get is track editing with 5 synchronized channels, normally for Dolby files. But in this editor, every producer's dream comes true by being able to capture, mix and master all the material needed for a professional production in a single program.
Soundop escapes the all-in-one rule where most do well at one point and fall short at another point in the project.
In this editor, all the steps of a production are handled with outstanding efficiency, nothing in it leaves anything to be desired. I tested all the features available and from simple editing of a stereo track, to mixing in several stereo/mono channels free to drag and drop the audio sample anywhere in the project, it's the Holy Grail for producers.
Editing a single file is fluid and has all the necessary tools for handling audio samples. Basic functions such as cut, paste, split, copy are available along with more sophisticated functions such as adjustable/automatic fade in/out, the mix function, where you can overlay previously copied sections, and functions for editing loops and much more. A highlight is the Autotrim function, which works perfectly and saves you a lot of time when editing.
The quality level of this editor is superior, and because of the above-standard quality, it makes the list as the first software that really produces professional audio on Windows. The capabilities, speed, stability and robustness of this software are simply incredible. For the first time I felt like I was using Windows as if I were using MacOs. The experience with. Soundop on Windows is surreal, you can simply do everything a professional-level audio editor does, and you even get multitracking and a mastering section, which is just fantastic.
A competent audio editor for a modest amount of €. Although I have encountered perhaps a bit more bugs than when using more expensive software. But I have to say the responsiveness of the developers is something I have never seen before. Many bugs have been repaired as soon as I have reported them at forum and many feature suggestions have been accepted and a new version released a few days after suggesting them.. The program itself is lightweight and they are not dropping vst2 support, as some other manufacturers.
If you want to have an immediate influence on how your audio editor is developed, it's quite easy to do so by suggesting reasonable improvements at their forum. That can't be said about all audio software, especially the bigger ones.
Whenever someone asks me what's the best audio editing program, I don't say Audacity. I tell them Soundop. Because it is. Why spend the big money on DAWs that are expensive, unintuitive, and crash all the time? This unheralded program is light on system resources and handles VST plugins like a dream. And there's next to no learning curve. Just get it.
This beautiful editor allowed me to drop a long time subscription that I had to another popular editor. Speech and dialog are my focused recording and editing areas, and Soundop absolutely excels here. It is a very easy transition from other systems. It is ergonomic. It is logical, and well thought out. Both 32 and 64-bit versions currently available. Soundop is very light weight in terms of resources, but a total heavyweight in terms of functionality and features. It handles VST/VST3 plugins beautifully, I have dozens, and only 1 has given me grief (we're working on it!). The developer is responsive and caring, and is actively working to improve his product. I am delighted each and every time I use this program. Well done.

Do you have anything like these, and other stats to put up on your website...
You offer a tempting alternative, but even some of the biggest brands have had frightfully bad results when the hood was popped up.
Thanks for your interest in Soundop. We don't have such stats on our website. It is easy to test the SRC in our software with the spectrum view and seemed got a moderate result. If you have any question about the software, please feel free to contact us.
Best regards.
