SV14

The API Select SV14 is a high-quality, 4-band parametric equalizer for the 500 series format, designed to deliver pristine audio performance and versatile tone-shaping capabilities. As part of the API Select series, the SV14 is engineered with a focus on clean, precise equalization, offering a slightly different character than the classic Proportional Q EQs in API's main line. The SV14 offers four fully parametric bands of equalization. The two outer bands (Low and High) can be switched between shelving and peaking (bell) curves, while the two inner bands are dedicated peaking filters. Each band provides continuously variable controls for Frequency, Gain (boost/cut), and Bandwidth (Q), giving the user complete control over the shape of the EQ curve. The overlapping frequency ranges provide comprehensive coverage across the entire audio spectrum.
