I installed the demo the day after it was released but it has the exact same problem as Line 6 Helix Native, that it just crashes any DAW or host when trying to open it because I have external drives connected. As soon as I disconnect them it runs just fine but the problem is that I need at least one of my SSD's connected because it holds all of my drum and sample libraries. I don't know how to contact support either because their website only has a phone number for product support, which I assume is meant for the real amps and not software. If there is a simple fix, like changing some Windows setting, I would really like to know because otherwise I can't justify paying for software I won't be able to use. If anyone from support sees this I would be very happy if you know of a fix for my problem or if it is something that you can fix in a future update.
