Great idea but seems that the 16th slices are missing?
Decay envelope to shorten the slices would be also nice.
The 16ths are actually there!
In this plugin 1/4 indicates slicing rate in beat-division, not a note value.
So 1/4 Beats = 16th Notes internally;).
