We introduce our first expanse for Arturia JUN-6 V great emulation synth. This soundbank is also available for Analog Lab V users.

The Jun Synth Vol.1 is a generic sonic journey to the distinctive characteristics of the Ronald Juno-6 synth that many composers used – Vangelis, Enya, Duran Duran to name a phew. Within its warm LP filter and the infamous Chorus device this synth is responsible for the sounds of many successful songs in the past.

This soundbank contains 50 synths divided in 5 main categories:

  • Classic Synth Keys – 20 Synths.
  • Classic Synth Pads – 10 Synths.
  • Dark Synths – 5 Synths.
  • Plucked Keys – 5 Synths.
  • LoFi Keys – 3 Synths.
  • Poly Leads – 7 Synths.

They carry the notable vintage ID timbre of Juno-6, exhaling high quality cinematic and electronic sounds. Also could be easily used to new age, experimental and progressive rock genres as well as they could find their place to modern and contemporary productions of many music styles.

Jun Synth 01 sounds emotional and nostalgic. Jun Synth 02 has a plucky tone with a subtle sound under while Jun Synth 07 has a nice saturated color. Jun Synth 08 is the sonic personification of 80's. Jun Synth 15 sounds good with major scales based melodies while next Jun Synth 16 is soft but a bit dark.

Jun Synth 22 is a dark subtle evolving pad with nostalgic atmosphere and Jun Synth 23 sounds like a synth accordion. Jun Synth 26 could be the main sound of an Sci-Fi movie music theme and Jun Synth 30 has a tonal brilliance with a bit of noise.

Jun Synth 31 reminds me of a astronaut walking on the rocky fields of the moon and Jun Synth 33 is pretty much punchy. Jun Synth 37 has so much stuff going around and Jun Synth 43 reminds me of vast empty unearthed fields full of dark mist.

The poly lead Jun Synth 44 is bright and thin while Jun Synth 45 is pretty much dry.

The 4 macros included in the JUN-6 V are assigned to the cut-off frequency of the Low Pass Filter, the resonance of the LP filter, the Release of the Envelope 01 (which most of the times is the Amp envelope) and finally to LFO rates and DCO, Cut-Off modulation from this LFO.

All presets designed with Jun-6 V 1.4.1.2983 (x64) and run best with this or newer edition.

Analog Lab V edition: Soundbank needs at least version Analog Lab V 5.6.3.2983 (x64) or newer.
