Expressive E Touché is a revolutionary instrument designed to add profound depth, nuance, and expression to your existing software and hardware synthesizers. It offers a uniquely intuitive and sensitive interface that translates the slightest pressure, tap, or slide of your hand into powerful modulation data. The core of Touché is its beautifully crafted wooden skin, which acts as a sophisticated multi-dimensional control surface. This surface responds to four independent movements: Push Down (Top), Push Down (Bottom), Shift Left, and Shift Right. Each of these movements can be mapped to control any synthesizer parameter, allowing you to shape your sound in real-time with a level of organic control that traditional knobs, faders, and wheels simply cannot match. You can create everything from subtle, natural-sounding vibrato and tremolo to dramatic filter sweeps, dynamic swells, and rhythmic textures with a single, fluid gesture.

Touché works in tandem with Lié, its powerful companion software. Lié acts as a host for your VST and AU plugin instruments, providing a seamless environment to configure how Touché interacts with your favorite synths. It features a clear and intuitive interface that makes mapping parameters a simple drag-and-drop process. Lié comes bundled with a curated library of over 250 professional sounds, pre-mapped to take full advantage of Touché's expressive capabilities. These sounds, powered by UVI's Falcon engine, are ready to play right out of the box. Furthermore, Lié includes presets for many popular third-party software synthesizers from manufacturers like Arturia, Native Instruments, and Spectrasonics, giving you an excellent starting point for controlling the instruments you already own and love. This deep software integration makes Touché an incredibly versatile and inspiring tool for studio production and sound design.

Beyond its software integration, the standard Touché model is a comprehensive hardware controller, built to be the expressive centerpiece of any electronic music setup. It is equipped with four independent Control Voltage (CV) outputs, allowing it to interface directly with modular and semi-modular synthesizers. This opens up a world of possibilities for Eurorack users, enabling them to perform complex, multi-layered modulations that would otherwise require a complex patch of several modules. In addition to CV, Touché features MIDI In and Out/Thru ports for direct connection to hardware synthesizers, drum machines, and other MIDI-enabled gear, all without needing to be connected to a computer. You can store up to 24 different hardware configurations directly on the device's internal memory, allowing you to switch between controlling different pieces of gear at the press of a button. Whether you work entirely in the box, with a hardware-only setup, or a hybrid of both, Touché provides a tactile and immediate connection to your sound.
