Utsbox MIDI Tool2

Utsbox MIDI Tool2 is a MIDI effect VST plug-in for guitar tones that generates guitar chord strum.

Basic Usage:

1. Register guitar chords in Utsbox MIDI Tool2.
2. Use Utsbox MIDI Tool2's key switches to generate strumming patterns while changing chords.

Number of guitar chords that can be registered:

• 24 chords x 4 pages.

Generable strumming patterns:

• Upstrumming, downstrumming.
• Picking each string (for arpeggios, etc.).
• Muted strumming.

Key switches are velocity-sensitive.Varying the velocity affects the strength and speed of the strumming.

How to install:

After unzipping the downloaded zip file, move or copy the folder "UtsboxMIDITool2.vst3" to the VST3 folder (see below):

• C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3.

If Ableton Live does not recognize the downloaded VST3 plug-in, try renaming the folder from "UtsboxMIDITool2.vst3" to "UtsboxMIDITool2."

Note:

Utsbox MIDI Tool2 does not produce sound on its own. To produce sound, you need to prepare a instrument on another track and route MIDI between the tracks.
