VICTOR

The Behringer VICTOR is a powerful digital oscillator for Eurorack that brings the iconic sound of 80s vector synthesis into the modular realm. Inspired by the classic Sequential Circuits Prophet VS, this module features a quad oscillator architecture that allows you to dynamically mix and morph between four different waveforms. This unique approach to sound generation excels at creating evolving, complex, and cinematic textures that are difficult to achieve with traditional subtractive synthesis, making it a powerhouse for pads, atmospheric soundscapes, and shifting digital tones.

At the heart of VICTOR are four digital oscillators, each of which can be loaded with one of 128 different waveforms. The core of its sound-shaping capability lies in the vector-based mixing. You can manually or via CV control the blend between the four oscillators, moving your sound through different tonal points in a two-dimensional space. The module includes a built-in 2-D joystick for tactile, real-time control over the mix, as well as dedicated CV inputs for X and Y parameters for automated morphing. With additional features like detuning, individual and global pitch control, and the ability to save and recall presets, VICTOR is a deep and inspiring source of complex digital sounds for any Eurorack system.
